Karis Sportfest: Planning and Scheduling – 12/02/2019

The initial meeting held at Cloudbass on Tuesday 10th of February 2019, was a planning and scheduling meeting.

At this meeting, a suitable date for the OB was agreed, changed from the 31st of March 2019 to the 11th of May 2019. Mainly because of the availability of BOB 4 and the generator which are booked on another job on the initial date and the following weekends until the first week in May 2019.

Start time is at 1 pm with a 10:30 am call time this gives sufficient time for rigging and FACS checks before kick-off.  I will inform the client about the changes and also contact the facility manager at the forest recreational ground to reschedule the pitch booking. Contacts will also be made with the Nottingham council to get required authorisation and permission for the truck to park on site.

During the meeting, we also discussed the required kits and resources. 

I detailed planning sheet for the event will be prepared and presented to Justin and Terry on Thursday, the 28th of February 2019.
